Walnuts for knee pain

 

Many people faces the problem of knee pain in their lives,mostly in middle and old age.This makes their life difficult.Take a look at the reasons of knee pain

Now we come to the point that why walnut is so effective for joint pain.

The health of joints,bones,nerves and connective tissues depends on proper calcium utilization(calcium,phosphorus and magnesium should be in level).

Walnuts are rich in calcium,phosphorus, magnesium and omega 3 fatty acids.

Calcium – Most abundant metal. Plays a structural role in joints and tissues.

Phosphorus Essential for bones and teeth formation.

magnesium Essential for strengthening muscles and nerves.

Omega 3 fatty acids found in walnuts helps to reduce the inflammation of joints.Osteoporosis and osteoarthritis also a result of inflammation.

Dose: Take four walnuts per day. It can also be taken as a paste of raisin(10-20 pieces) and walnut , for those who are not able to eat them as raw i.e for old age people.

In summer season soak them in water for 10-12 hours before taking.
