IMPROVE YOUR DIGESTION WITH HERBAL SOUP
Digestion is the first action to cure our body. The process in the alimentary canal by which food is broken up physically, as by the action of the teeth, and chemically, as by the action of enzymes, and converted into a substance suitable for absorption and assimilation into the body is called digestion. When the food we eat is not properly digested , many types of diseases are caused like constipation,gastric problems and many other.
My favourite soup formula that i want to share with you is as follows –
- 2 cup water
- 1 medium sized chopped tomato
- 1/2 medium sized chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
- Fresh coriander leaves
- PLEASE USE STAINLESS STEEL COOKING POT
Place all the ingredients except coriander leaves in the pot and boil them on a low temperature for about 20 minutes and sieve it.
Add coriander leaves after sieving it
Add black salt or other salt as per your taste and choice
IN CASE OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE USE LEMON JUICE IN PLACE OF SALT
In my opinion oil should not be used for cooking soup as oil has higher boiling point. Cooking on very high temperature destroys all the nutrients .
Another thing i want to say is that you should not always give preference to your taste , give preference to your health.
